One of my goals is to provide a high level of personalized service to my clientele. By doing so, I focus on being hands on with all of my real estate deals, rather than trying to do X number of deals per year and having a large staff. I am comfortable working with a diverse group of clients from many different ages and backgrounds.
Contract knowledge and how to negotiate in my client’s best interest, while at the same time working towards a win-win situation that opens the door to the deal coming together is a goal that I work to achieve through my 7+ years of real estate experience.
With a master’s degree in communications, I also believe in the value of education and continue to take credit classes every year that will improve my knowledge level and help my clients. |
| Thinking of Selling? |
| First, I listen to my client's wants and needs as each situation is unique. Then, I develop a customized marketing plan for my listings detailing how I will work to sell the home. Correctly priced and marketed (80% price and 20% marketing), a house should sell. It may take a bit longer in the current environment, but I have had several listings sell within two weeks to two months on the market because the home was completely prepared and the sellers listed at the price I recommended. |
| Thinking of Buying? |
| Each buyer either fills out a questionnaire, which helps me to correctly identify their needs, or I ask questions in person before and as we start working together. I learn what my buyers are looking for, we make adjustments along the way, and together we find the right house. If the criteria is very narrow and specific, it can take a few weeks or months depending on what is on the market; other times, a home can be found in several days. We are currently bouncing around in the bottom 10% of the market, so it is a great time for buyers right now and interest rates are extremely low. |

| I live in or around the areas I work, and I love all the activities so close by. Snow skiing is less than an hours` drive, hiking and biking trails are everywhere. There are several lakes for boating and swimming within 20 minutes. Pools, community centers with classes and athletic clubs are close. The Issaquah, Tahoma and Lake Washington school districts are very well known, and the areas are a great mix of rural properties, homes with quarter acres, and community-based developments. I am involved in my community through the schools, volunteer work, sport groups and neighborhood activities.
